How every chair is prepared

Before a chair is listed, it goes through a hands-on check: gas lift and height adjustment, tilt tension and recline lock, armrest height and pivot, casters, and the condition of the mesh, fabric or leather. We clean and, where needed, replace worn components. Each listing is graded Excellent, Good or Fair so you know exactly what to expect before you buy — and every chair leaves us with a 90-day warranty on the frame and gas cylinder.

We offer free local delivery within the Dallas–Fort Worth metro and welcome walk-ins to sit and try a chair before you commit. Outside the DFW area, we ship nationwide in reinforced, chair-specific packaging so it arrives ready to use.
